Training that helps people sell products
ease is run by Sophie Langham, ex-training manager at Sky TV. In her nine
years at Sky, Sophie set up and managed training for Sky's distribution and retail partners.
This meant providing training frameworks, mystery shopping, National competitions and product launch roadshows
(digital satellite television, sky+ etc.).
Her ethos has very much been to treat training as a means to an
end - selling more products - achieving this by concentrating on educating and
motivating front line staff. Working to motivate the people who sell to customers is the
most effective way to achieve greater sales whilst protecting margin.
